AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the affiliate program for SANTA ROUX

By applying to or participating in our affiliate program, you Tthe Affiliate agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

The affiliate program allows approved affiliates to promote our hypnosis audio programs and digital products in exchange for commissions on verified sales generated through their unique affiliate links.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

✔ be at least 18 years old
✔ provide accurate registration information
✔ comply with all applicable laws and platform rules
✔ promote ethically and honestly

We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

• Affiliates receive a unique tracking link.

• Sales are tracked via cookies and system tracking.

• A commission is earned when a customer purchases using your link.

We are not responsible for commissions lost due to:

• expired cookies

• incorrect links

• self-referrals

• coupon sites overriding tracking

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions on verified sales.

Commission Rate: [10 %]
Cookie Duration: [30 days]
Minimum Payout Threshold: [$50]

Commissions apply only to completed, non-refunded purchases.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are made:

• monthly

• once minimum payout threshold is reached

Payment methods may include:

✔ PayPal
✔ other agreed methods

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

The Company is not responsible for fees charged by payment processors.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or files a chargeback:

• the commission will be reversed

• unpaid commissions may be adjusted accordingly

7. Approved Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote using:

✔ social media content
✔ educational videos
✔ blog articles
✔ email marketing (permission-based only)
✔ personal testimonials
✔ wellness communities

Affiliates must represent the products honestly and accurately.

8. Prohibited Promotional Practices

The following are strictly prohibited:

❌ Spam & Misleading Practices

• sending unsolicited messages

• posting links in irrelevant groups

• misleading claims or false promises

❌ False Medical Claims

Affiliates may NOT claim hypnosis:

• cures diseases

• replaces medical care

• guarantees results

❌ Trademark & Brand Misuse

Affiliates may NOT:

• run paid ads using my brand name

• impersonate our company

• create fake pages pretending to be us

❌ Self-Referrals

You may not earn commissions from purchasing through your own link.

9. Content Compliance

Affiliates must comply with:

• platform policies (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)

• advertising regulations

• consumer protection laws

Any non-compliant content must be removed immediately upon request.

10. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors.

This Agreement does not create:

• employment

• partnership

• joint venture

• agency relationship

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for:

• violation of this agreement

• unethical promotion

• fraudulent activity

• misleading claims

Any unpaid commissions generated through violations will be forfeited.

Affiliates may terminate participation at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: platform outages

13. Modification of Terms

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Acceptance of Agreement

By joining the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Agreement.
